As important both from a designer's, a product owner's or a developer's perspective. But often things get lost in communication. Through visualizing our design problems, we keep the focus on the problem rather than the things around it. This way, we have a specific artefact to express our thoughts around which enables everyone to contribute with ideas and solutions in a more efficient ways. Everyone's knowledge gets gathered in one place. A sketch can open doors and get people to work together across organizational silos.
